Lola Bourgeois of Domaine de la Vallée passed away at Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, March 10, 2006 at the age of 83.

Born in Belliveau Village, she was the daughter of the late Francois Belliveau and the late Irène LeBlanc.

She is survived by four daughters, Murielle (Bob) Curry of Medfield, Mass, Aline Bourgeois of Halifax, Annette Bourgeois and Stella (Eddie) Forrest both of Dartmouth, NS; one son, Ronald (Murielle) Bourgeois of Dartmouth, NS; two sisters, Yolande (Gérard) Gaudet and Catherine (late Philias) Melanson both of St-Joseph; one brother, Gérard Belliveau of St-Joseph; four grandchildren, Jeff, Andrew, Lloyd, and Léanne; one great grandchild, Steven; and by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Aldérice Bourgeois (2002).

Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home and theFuneral Mass will be held at Notre Dame de l'Annonciation Roman Catholic Church, Pré-d'en-Haut on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the Parish Cemetery.
